CSPC 2.11 Password Expired Notice with TACACS+ Remote Authentication

We have setup CSPC 2.11 to use TACACS+ to allow users to logon using AD credentials, with credentials beign passed to Cisco ISE.  The CSPC username matches the username in AD, and user in CSPC is configured as Remote.  Login with AD credentials is working as expected.  We are getting emails from CSPC on a daily basis to say that the password for the username has expired (see screenshot).

Anyone know how to stop CSPC sending the messages?  I can't see how CSPC would know if the account password has expired or not when it isn't directly integrated to AD.

1. Did you have a previous CSPC version where it was working fine?
>> If so, please share:
a. the CSPC ID (certificate ID)
b. CSPC version  

2. Regarding your CSPC 2.11 please share/confirm:
a. The CSPC ID (certificate ID)
b. Go to the CSPC/GUI and share a picture from this path:
>>> Administration > Manage Remote Authentication Servers
>>> Administration > Add User
>>> Help > About > View Properties

This issue has been reported internally. For now please consider disabling/removing the notifications and subscribers to avoid receiving this type of email notification. (check the steps below)
to. > "Administrations" > "Email Setting" > reconfigure
b. > "Administrations" > "Manage Subscribers" > Reconfigure the "Notification Type" to just "Display on GUI" or disable the "Notification Enabled" mode.
