Hi there,

I bought a new CBW150AX and I tried to configure it.

However, as the above title, during go live on CBW150AX, I can see "Device connected" but sometime later "Failed to connect".
In addition, I cannot connect the start page "ciscobusiness.cisco".
Of course, I already tried it in factory reset.
And I checked it, there is no web service on it.

Please help me.

Thank you very much!

"ciscobusiness.cisco".  - this only work if you connected to device.

what end device PC or Phone ?

try reset and upgrade to any latest firmware and use below guide and test it :

Thanks, BB!

I had tried to solve this problem with your recommendation and googling for a few days, I found something like below:

In my case, I think the Internet Service Provider has some properties that cannot give a private IP address to my CBW-AX.
When I connected my CBW-AX to the fiber optic switch provided by the ISP, my CBW-AX got a public IP address, but it cannot connect to the Internet and "go live" failed.
When I connect my CBW-AX to another WiFi switch that is already connected to the fiber switch, my CBW-AX receives a private IP address and it can connect to the Internet and "go live" is completed.

I'm not sure why this is happening.
Can you give me some insight into this?

until enable debug - not sure for now. - some ISP have strict rules like VLAN, MAC address limit, there are many conditions.

another WiFi switch that is already connected to the fiber switch

is this provided by provider or what wifi switch ?

-> Yes, it comes from the ISP and it is a Wi-Fi AP.

Then there may be Limitation that only ISP accept his own devices- contact ISP and clarify is this possible to connect 3rd party equipment to work ?
