Hi,
We are currently experiencing difficulties with the Webex Mobile application's audio output during meetings. The application functions properly in handset mode and with Bluetooth-connected devices, but encounters issues in speaker mode.
I have checked on multiple handsets, and despite reinstalling the application, the problem persists.

@bdas can you explain what exactly the issues encountered are? I'm having an audio issue that we thought was related to the particular laptop when we first encountered it. This is now happening on a handful of different laptops and we have beat drivers and other options into the ground with no luck. These handful of laptops for us the users will have their volume at 100% on the laptop and all webex settings maxed out and still barely hear the Webex meeting. If the user uses a bluetooth speaker or something like that it works perfectly fine. If the user joines the meeting via web browser the audio, through the internal laptop speakers, works perfectly fine. If the user joins any other sort of meeting(Zoom, Teams, you name it) the audio works fine through the internal speakers. Additionally as you can guess regular audio from music or videos works perfectly fine.
