Is anybody using the Webex Application to communicate with students in mass?
I'm talking about pushing messages to many students regarding Financial Aid, or Registration, or perhaps some other sort of communication.
Does anybody use the Webex App to handle/field calls for different services (Financial Aid, registration, etc) instead of routing students to a 'regular' phone call center?
Trying to find solutions to use our Webex platform to serve students better.
We are currently using Webex in our CANVAS LMS.
