We have been observing this error since few weeks now, when the room device joins a Webex Meeting which has the Slido app opened by the meeting Host, on the Room Device OSD we do not see the Slido Q&A/Polls but have this error message displayed "Something went wrong". All the meeting participants in the room have to watch this error during the meeting in progress which does not look good. There is no option in the device configuration to disable the Slido App. Please can you help to check what we need to do to fix/remove this error on the Webex Room devices. Thanks.
