The Room Bar only has two ports on the back - one for connecting the Navigator, and one for connection to your LAN.
If you wanted to connect two Navigators to the single port on the Room Bar, you would need to install a small switch in between the multiple navigators and the codec.
Alternately, you can pair the second navigator to the Room Bar over the LAN rather than having it directly connected.
