I have configured several Cisco ATA192s using Webex and have an issue with remote access. Onsite I have configured all the necessary settings to allow remote access. In order to do so, the utility makes you change the device "admin" login. After doing so, I can no longer access the device with the "admin" password. The "cisco" user level login works just fine, but you can't complete any admin level changes with this login. I have tried logging into multiple devices with my new login credentials, and "admin" will not work. I receive "Invalid Username or Password. Please Try Again. After several attempts, I get a temporary lockout from the units.
