webex contact center email question

can we receive an email ,and then generate an automated voice call from contact center

 

scenario:

we have a noc that monitors several systems.  the noc will send an email to us when one of the systems is in alarm

we would like to accept that email in contact center and then outdial to the on call tech with a simple message

does webex contact center have the ability to do this?
