Is it possible configure a bot (whatsapp, Telegram) with link callback

Hi guys,

We are build a solution omminichannel for chat, but we would like to delivery via bot a link with callbak number or link to call via internet, integrated with WebEx Calling or CUCM.

Does anybody knows something like that?

Webex has Webex Connect, check https://cpaas.webex.com/products/webex-connect. It is a cloud-based communication platform for multiple channels.

Webex has a Rest API that allows you to create bots to interact with (https://developer.webex.com/docs/bots). So you may create a bot that will answer to several requests providing a link using the tel-protocol handler for instance.
The API also allows you to create widgets that can be embedded into your website: https://developer.webex.com/docs/widgets
