I have an ATA192-3PW-K9 V04 and cannot get it to register. I have it flashed to the latest firmware. I created the device as a workspace with it's mac address and DID/extension in Webex. When I factory reset the device, all I'm doing is going to voice -> Provisioning and entering in the address cisco.sipflash.com in the profile rule. I hit submit and the webpage goes blank. I can see the LEDs go through a sequence and then I lose access to the web interface and it never comes up as provisioned in webex. The only way I can gain access back to it is if I factory reset and start all over.
Has anyone run into this issue before?
