Hi gurus
when trying to connect to anyconnect on my computer, the process goes ok until it checks for upgrades, then it tries to download and install the upgrade to my computer I assume but the it fails with the following error:
" Faild to install anyconnect secure mobility client 3.1.02040with installer error: Fatal error"
so the connection is drop or better never established
also the following services stops
Cisco Antconnect Secure Mobility Agent
so I have to restart the service to try to use anyconnect
I need all the help I can get on this issue and if some one can point me to the right direction to troubleshot this issue would be greatttt !!!
