Hello, we had a voice gateway running a virtual service until it was down. The problem was the pper supply, we replaced it and the router came back up and running but now we can not list or activate the viertual-services. This is the outpuf of the command:
#sh virtual-service list
The process for the command is not responding or is otherwise unavailable
We even replaced the whole chasis, just keeping internal elements and cards, migrated licenses, etc, but it keeps happening the same. It looks like if somethign was not enabled in the router, or some process is not running.
Any clues?
