Hello! I have to install Duo in some network hosts, and we are getting an error in the first step installing it, when it checks for the connection to the DUO API… I have no problems to connect via browser to https://■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■/auth/v2/ping, but have problems to connect via DUO Install file.
We have a web proxy and is enabling the connection, we see it OK on logs, we are installing the latest version of Duo 3.1.2 on Windows 2012 R2, and configured the web proxy on regedit, we have installed OK on some other same servers of the same and other networks as well, and don’t figure out why this error now on the connection.
Using web browser (configured with same proxy as Duo uses) I successfuly connect to https://■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■/auth/v2/ping
And in logs DuoInstallTest the Log generated in the installation this says that can’t connect tho that api:

What else besides network traffic / firewalls or web proxy could we check to know why the packages do not arrive or the connection terminates unexpectedly in the first step of the Duo installer?
