Has anyone been able to enable Duo to login to an Azure Windows VM with Microsoft Entra ID? Log in to a Windows virtual machine in Azure by using Microsoft Entra ID - Microsoft Entra ID | Microsoft Learn
I've had a ticket open with Duo support since September 2023 and have received mixed responses and no resolution. Initially I had the Duo client (duo-win-login-4.2.2) installed on the VM, but that didn't work. After about 4 months of back and forth with Duo support, the 3rd or 4th tech I got had me do a conditional access policy following this article: https://duo.com/docs/azure-ca and I selected "Azure Windows VM Sign-In" as my cloud app. That doesn't work.
I found this article (https://help.duo.com/s/article/3832?language=en_US) that makes me think it should work, but it still doesn't yet. And I've added every variation of my user name as an alias to my account.
