We set up Duo SSO for Google Workspace. Authentication is working correctly for new users. When they visit drive.google.com etc they are redirected to Duo's universalPrompt to sign in. However, existing users that already had access to Google Drive are able to login using the email and password and are bypassing Duo.
Does anyone know how to correct it?
