All,
This is my first post here so please forgive if I'm not following the proper protocol. I'm trying to get DUO mfa (graphical UI) to work with Ubuntu 22.04 desktop. Would anyone have a known good configuration or any advise in getting this working? I'm not finding any white page documentation on this but have followed all the steps to protect the application with the exception of the SSH config.
Thanks in advanced!

Do you mean that you are trying to show an interactive Duo prompt for Ubuntu login that has the same UI as when you log into a web application with Duo?
That isn't possible; Duo Unix only has a text UI.
If you mean that you are just trying to get Duo Unix to prompt for MFA during a Ubuntu desktop UI login (like, Gnome or KDE or whatever login), please take a look at our KB article How do I protect Unix GUI and Virtual Terminal Logins with pam_duo?.
