Duo and Adobe Acrobat Integration

We are attempting to configure integration between Duo and Adobe Acrobat Enterprise. We have followed the instructions as per Adobe and it appears like the authentication is successful but we receive and error " We couldn't connect your Company or School Account". I have tickets open with Adobe and Duo but no success. Just finger pointing. Has anyone seen this issue previously? Grateful for any guidance.

Are you using the Single Sign-On for Generic SAML Service Providers | Duo Security and protecting the application using the steps from Create a directory for SAML-based identity providers (adobe.com) ?

If yes, then please share the screenshots here of the config, you may hide the entity ID and ACS URL.

Saml logs will help to provide you guidance.
