I made a change few months ago under operating systems for one of the policy and now the operating systems are no where to be found under any policy.

Sorry you're having an issue. I don't understand what you are describing. Could you provide a screenshot of what you mean?
Is it possible your account downgraded to Duo Essentials or Duo Free? Operating systems policy requires Duo Advantage or Premier plans. Everyone starts with a Duo Advantage trial that will switch to Duo Free when the trial expires.
