There's certain administration personnel that need to access our organization's Outlook fairly frequently. Is there a setting somewhere to lengthen the amount of time between prompts when they try to access Outlook offsite on their phones? Once a day would be ideal.

You may want to explore customization of Azure token lifetimes to minimize how often it initiates a token refresh if you don't want it to try to reauthenticate at all.

To lengthen the time between password prompts for accessing Outlook on mobile devices:
On the mobile device: Adjust security settings in the device's account settings to prompt for a password less frequently (e.g., every day).
On the Exchange Server: Admins can set password policy or mobile device security settings for users in the Exchange Server admin console.
Remember to balance convenience and security based on your organization's policies and requirements.
