Is it possible to send logs from DUO Proxy to Logrhythm (SIEM)?
Do you have a manual for this ?

Yes! It is possible to send Authentication Proxy logs to a SIEM. Please reference the following KB article: Understanding Duo Authentication Proxy SIEM Logging
