5440 Endpoint abandoned EAP session and started new

we have configured 802.1 X using ISE and it is working fine for the most part, but on some pc's we are encountering an authentication failed error and the log on ISE states the cause to be "5440 Endpoint abandoned EAP session and started new"

Please share the full ISE failure log for review. Based on my experience, that could potentially be something wrong during the negotiation with ISE or it could also be caused by some weird drivers on the endpoint NIC.
