Unable to import CA signed certificate in ISE

We have CA signed cert  in 2 files (cert and key) and trying to install CA signed cert in system store

We have this error:

There is one or more trusted certificate(s) which is part of the portal system certificate chain or selected with certbased admin auth role with the same subject name but having a different serial number. Import/Update was aborted.

I have check certificate chain but did nor find dublicate cert

I have tryed this https://quickview.cloudapps.cisco.com/quickview/bug/CSCvw51787 but its does not help

Assuming you already tried the workaround of CSCvw51787, do ensure the old certificate removed from both system and trusted certificates store. If that does not help, please engage Cisco TAC.
