When looking at ISE TACACS Live Logs i click on authentication detail and it opens up in a new tab and i get the attached screen shot. no matter which device or model i choose

Please check if reset of MnT session db is resolving the issue.
from CLI: "application configure ise" and then select " reset MnT session database". However this will remove all the older logs from the db.

What is the ISE version and patch in your deployment. Provide me the URL that is created when you click any authentication detail report.
If the functionality is working for RADIUS authentications?

i have the same problem when disabling Essential/Advantage/Premier licenses (keeping Device Admin enabled)
detailed logs are only available when i re-enable the Essential license.
this method works but be aware, it requires to reload ISE
