Need Help with CloudCenter v4.9

I've deployed a non-HA buildout of CloudCenter v4.9 using vSphere appliances. Everything is deployed.

Problem: During initial VMware private cloud config, I am unable to connect to Orchestrator. When I try to add CCO, I get "Error while communicating with Orchestrator" error.

Anyone have any ideas on this? Thanks in advance!

First thing to do would be check all the firewalls and make sure the port communications from CCM->CCO are ok. Make sure credentials are ok.

If all looks ok, then open a TAC case and have TAC look at the logs or you can attempt to look at logs yourself but I would recommend TAC.

ok, Thanks a lot.

Hi Sir:

All CloudCenter component on the same subnet and has no firewall. It has the same issue stilly.

Then please open a TAC case so the team can review logs from your CCM / CCO and review your setup.
