Restrict generation of bypass codes for some admins

Is it possible to disable the rights for a group of Duo  administrators to generate bypass codes or set the bypass authentication method?

Thank you this is helpful. I was also hoping that it is possible to restrict admins with "User Manager" role not only to bypass status but also to generate bypass codes. Giving admins the "Help Desk" role is not an ideal solution because they will lose the ability to create and delete users.

No, restricting creation of bypass codes is only an option for the Help Desk role.
