Hello, I’m in the middle of our first DUO deployment and a user is getting a recurring prompt for Offline Authentication activation.
I’d like to see if someone else has ever seen that issue and if there is a known workaround for that undesired behavior

Hi there, is the issue occurring with an unenrolled user? If so, then it is likely an issue we are aware of and it will be fixed in a forthcoming version of our Windows Logon integration. If it is not related to an unenrolled user, please reach out to Duo Support and share this information with them.

If I remember it was not related to an un-enrolled user but was due to a problem with the computer itself
It has been resolved once we re-added it to the domain

For a user that has been situated on their system for some time, that is a bit inconvenient as profile data will have to be migrated. Any other solutions out there?
I am waiting on support for this one as well.
