Remember Me not honored for Windows Logon on LTE connections

Hello, Our clinician's use laptops with LTE cards and with DUO Windows Logon every time they close and open the laptop lid they are promoted for DUO auth [with in the remember me window]. DUO logs show change in network being the cause but with LTE this is prone to happen as the device gets a new ip every time it wakes up and makes a connection. Is there any way for DUO Windows Logon to skip for network changes with in the remember me window?

Today the remembered devices feature for Windows Logon does use a network change as a cue to invalidate an existing session, as you've observed.

You can contact your Duo account exec or customer success manager to raise a feature request for maintaining the remembered session through an LTE network change. If your organization doesn't have an assigned Duo manager you can also raise the feature request through Duo Support.
