on-PREM Malware Analytics (TG) Integration with FMC Fails

Hi, Can anyone suggest All the steps to create (TG) certificate requires to add TG with FMC. I have followed the link and Create The Certificate's using openssl but When it comes to FMC CERT it FAIL to integrate.

What is the error? Did you try reaching out to TAC support? Is their connectivity from on premises TG to FMC?

When we upload the certificate of TG Pandem merged with CA . FmC shows error of certificate cannot be authenticated with given CA.although certificate shows complete chain of ca and server certificates.
