Onprem to vmware migration

Does below license justifies/required for migration of email security from onprem to vmware. Pfa snapshot.

license name- Cisco Secure Email Xaas Subscription

That looks like the cloud version to me.

I suspect your Sales team could get you on-prem VM licenses but you would have to ask them...

thank you for your response. Can i generate license for VESA if i had an hardware device?. if yes would license from current hardware will be moved to virtual appliance or same set of license will be mapped to virtual appliance excluding hardware license.

yes you can. it is called sharing license. license will be on both hardware and virtual appliances.
