Guys, over past 2 months i am not getting any emails from Cisco domain. The Cisco users gets message that 5.4.7 Delivery expired ( message too old).  I checked with email provider and got advanced email security from go daddy cloud protect. As per them they cant see any emails hitting our domain and its only Cisco end we can check the reason for emails not getting delivered.

any thoughts how can i check this with Cisco.

Varunk,

If we had your domain we could do a simple mx lookup from inside Cisco to see if the domain is in a special restrictive list.

* Sometimes it happens in error.
* Since this would be Corporate Cisco and not TAC, getting it cleared sometimes takes a little time as it’s a gray area between an account team understanding what to do and TAC not officially supporting it.
* Whoever addresses it will open an internal IT ticket to request the domain be cleared from any restrictive list. Once they perform their assessment it will be cleared if approved.
If you open a TAC for email add this post.
“Emphasize your organization may be blocked from receiving Cisco Mail and you need it cleared”
Also, choose “phone” as your mode of communication .
