@kkemp This change only affects evaluation of whether the mobile OS is supported during login if you have set an operating systems policy that blocks access and authentication from certain Android versions.

If this policy for Android was set to the dynamic option "If end-of-life" then as of last week that dynamic definition includes Android 11 and those devices would get blocked.

Duo Mobile itself on Android 11 is still fully supported and continues to receive updates. The end of support for Duo Mobile on Android 11 will be announced in the future when the time comes via the Duo Knowledge Base (all EoS and EoL plans) and the community Release Notes posts.
The takeaway is that if you have users still on Android 11 they can still use Duo Mobile to authenticate. If you also apply operating systems policy settings for Android make sure that you do not set one to block Android devices "if end-of-life" because that will now block your Android 11 users.
