Duo - I may be the only one who's done this...

So, I haven't used Duo in about 3 years. I logged back in, used it fine once, got ahead of myself... it said that my 3 accounts (all with the same name listed as my Uni) were deactivated... and what did I do? Deleted. Every. Single. One. Yep. And now? I can't get a bypass code. Can't get in to do my homework or anything. The only thing that I CAN do, is email. Maybe because it's Outlook? I don't know. If anyone knows how to fix this, feel free to tell me how. Or is this only something that my school IT desk can fix?

You do need to contact your school's IT help desk to ask them to send you a Duo Mobile reactivation for their organizational account.
