I am unable to log in my facebook account because of two- factor code which i am not getting from duo app

When you temporarily disable a Facebook account that has two-factor authentication enabled and you don’t turn off 2FA first, you unfortunately get locked out of your account, because the connection is broken between your account and Duo Mobile. If you have a recovery code from Facebook, you can use this in place of a passcode to regain access there.
