Since my last post, I’ve viewed a number of other users with the same complaints about the lack of flexibility with backing up / restoring our Duo Mobile accounts (ie. off of iCloud/GDrive, to an arbitrary location). In each case, a member of the team comes on, gives the same spiel about optimizing for the same platform, please submit a request to support to get your vote added to our internal feature tracker, etc.
As a customer who DESPERATELY would like to have this feature, the process seems incredibly opaque. To be completely blunt, it feels like our requests are heading straight for the circular file. How can we trust that our requests are reaching the correct people? What is the threshold to get it started? How many customers have requested this feature versus other feature requests that have been implemented? I have dozens of users in my org, myself included, who are unable to backup and restore their accounts.
