Hello @sakkaveelp1

The error message you provided indicates that the creation of a unicast route for the IPv6 address prefix "2405:9800:XXXX::/48" has failed on the device's FIB due to TCAM exhaustion.

The TCAM is a hardware component that stores forwarding information for routing and switching on Cisco devices, including the routing table, ACLs, and other forwarding features. When the TCAM is full, no further entries can be added, which can lead to routing or forwarding failures.

To resolve this issue, you will need to either reduce the number of routes in the routing table or increase the TCAM resources on the device. Here are some potential solutions:

- Reduce the number of routes in the routing table: If your device is carrying a large number of routes, consider implementing route summarization, filtering, or redistribution to reduce the number of routes in the routing table.

- Increase the TCAM resources: If reducing the number of routes is not an option, consider upgrading the device to a model with a larger TCAM or increasing the TCAM resources on the existing device. Please note that increasing the TCAM resources may require a hardware upgrade or may be limited by the capabilities of the existing hardware.

Best regards
