User lockout report email

Is there a way to add unique information to the Subject of this email notification? Being able to add the user id to the Subject would be perfect.

You can file a feature request by contacting our Duo Support team, or with your Account Executive or Customer Success Manager if you have one. Right now, it’s only possible to customize the Duo enrollment email as explained in this help article:
