Universal Prompt "App Update Ready"

We have Okta configured as an application in Duo. We’re using Okta for SSO and Duo for MFA and we’ve got a number of apps integrated on the Okta side. Anyway, we’d like to enable Universal Prompt for the Okta application, but it says “App Update Ready” and the option to activate Universal Prompt is grayed out. Does anyone know if there’s something that needs to be done on the Okta side first, or something else?

Hi richardo, Welcome to the Duo Community.
Please work with Okta to ensure you are using Duo as an OIDC factor for the activation button to become available.

Once we have detected an authentication come through with the OIDC factor, then the button will become available to activate.
