Uninstall Duo from MacOS - Or change account

I didn’t find how to uninstall Duo Authentication from MacOS.

Can someone give me a link to the right place?
In fact I’d like to pass a machine from account to another account.
Is it possible instead of uninstall + new install to do a new config over the last one?
