Unable to log-into Duo on new device

Hello,
I am having some issues with duo mobile. My phone stopped working so I tried to download this app on anew device. This is the 2nd “new” device I had to add duo mobile. It worked the first time back in 2019.

Now… when I try to log-in, it tells me “Backup unavailable. Service with Google Drive is unavailable, try again later”. I saw on a previous post that it has to be a trusted user. I gave Duo access to Google drive. Is there something else to try? I have emailed the school administration. Let me know if there is something to clarify.
