Apologies that I missed this question when you first posted it! We talked about this in person this week, but I wanted to share the answer here as well in case others had the same question.
The reason Trust Monitor did not flag this authentication attempt is because it was successful, and the user was able to log in. Currently, Trust Monitor will only flag anomalous auth attempts that are unsuccessful where a user was denied entry. The team is working on expanding and adding more functionality in the future, so stay tuned!
