I suppose the thought of having more than a dozen entries in the Duo mobile app was never really a consideration? I ask because as of this post, I have 81 entries. Granted, I’ve made efforts to rearrange and rename to help me sift through the craziness. However, it would be great if there was some way to group/sort these entries. Is that something that is technically feasible?
Welcome to the community! That is a great idea, and I can definitely see where it would be useful to be able to group accounts in Duo Mobile to more easily find them. This is not possible today.
I encourage you to share your idea with the Duo support team, your account executive, or customer success manager if you are a Duo Care customer so it can be officially documented as a feature request.
