SMS passcode usage

Hello, we are using MFA as ldap proxy behind fortinet ssl-vpn. Users can take passcode and use it like “password,code”. Some users has comma on their passwords. Is there any other way to use sms passcode?

If some users have a comma in their password, you can choose a delimiter that is not part of your password policy. Please see delimiter under Authentication Proxy Reference - Duo | Duo Security.

For example, if your password policy does not permit semicolons, you could have users input password;sms.
