Setting up Device Management portal

Anyone have more granular instructions for a beginner on setting this up? Not sure what to do with the supported client library. Can you walk me through a generic IIS server and how to set this up?

Sorry to say we don’t have instructions for non-developers that includes setting up a web application from scratch and then adding Duo’s device management portal to it via SDK.
