We have a particular userid that when used with RDP would provide a Duo prompt of several users authorized to authenticate. After the latest Windows Update, that RDP never provides the list of users to select from so it is impossible to authenticate. If I use RDP with a specific userid that has only one permitted user to authenticate, the Duo prompt does come through.
Let me add that RDP gets stuck at Configuring Remote PC. That is when the prompt for Duo authentication usually comes. It only works if there is a single authorized ID for the userid used but if there are multiple users authorized, the prompt from Duo has to who should be prompted to Approve never appears.
