Protecting Hyper-V Server?

Can Duo be used to protect RDP on Microsoft Hyper-V Server? I am talking about the free, bare-metal hypervisor that runs basically as a Server Core. I can’t find it mentioned anywhere.

As noted in the Systems Requirements section of the Duo for Windows Logon doc, it supports server core (which should include Hyper-V Server).
