Office 365 2FA without SSO, AD on-premises

Hello community,

I have Duo Access Gateway installed in DMZ and connected to the local Active Directory by LDAP.
Is it possible to configure DUO to provide 2FA for 365 without configuring SSO?

The Duo solution for adding 2FA to Office 365 without setting up any SSO is our Custom Control for Azure AD P1 Conditional Access.
