New to DUO, question about 1 login with multiple devices

Hello,
Sorry for the newbie question. We have 1 login to a website that 3 DUO users need to generate a code for. It seems like when you generate a new code, some sites will disable any existing ones. Is there a way to accomplish this where we have 1 web login but we need 3 DUO users to be able to get 2FA codes for?

In general we don’t recommend use of shared primary login credentials. If this is your use case though, what you can do is add the phones for each of those three users to the one shared Duo user.
