Must reset Microsoft credentials after password resets

Someone else deployed our Duo who is no longer with our firm. I noticied that every time I updated my AD password, Outlook stops connecting to Exchange, a password dialog to reset never shows (in background) and I have to manually remove and readd my Microsoft credentials on my PC.

I thought it was just me but mentioned to someone who said they and others have the same issue. I am not sure where to look to correct and thought I would reach out to the group. Any suggestions?
