MST File fails to input "Checkbox" Changes

Hi. So i’m just playing around with deploying Duo via GPO. I used Orca as recommended to create and MST , this worked great for it inputting the IKEY,SKEY, HOST details but when editing the checkboxes so it takes those inputs then the MST isn’t pushing those changes. Is there something I’m missing? I’m editing from ORCA in the Checkbox section

Do you see the checkboxes selected at all in the MST that you generate?

The default ones are checked, just my changes don’t manipulate any to be ticked or unticked, just what you get when usual running of the setup
