I’m looking for improving Kaseya login portal more secure, I would integrate multi-factor authentication when I login in my Kaseya VSA portal page.
Is it possible to use Duo for this integration?
This is not possible today. Kaseya seem to have multi-factor authentication locked down to their own AuthAnvil 2FA or Okta. You can contact them to ask about support for more third-party SAML providers.
It looks like they provide SAML support for any IdP for the VSA. If this is the case, you could potentially use the Duo Access Gateway generic SAML service provider to set up SSO. I’d confirm with Kaseya though.
